Recognizing and honouring the uniqueness of each person, the services we offer are driven by individual choice and individual plans. We tailor our services to meet the choice and goals of the individuals we support.
Residential supports
Our dedicated staff provide supports that are personalized to meet the needs of the individual so they can live independently. We work to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities have the resources and care they need to live in their home and in community.
Families interested in this service must apply through Developmental Services Ontario. Once an assessment is complete, individuals will be placed on a waiting list. This list, and the allocation of housing, is managed by Developmental Services Ontario.
Family Supports
Quad County Support Services provides virtual connections for adults who are living with their families. Once COVID restrictions ease, staff will continue to help individuals foster connections with their friends as well as develop new connections in their home community, based upon their interests.
Employment
We know many individuals take pride in the work they do – as employees and volunteers. For individuals who are interested in this path, our staff are there to help them. This can include one or more of the following: taking the time to understand their interests, developing the skills needed for the role, connecting with a potential employer or volunteer opportunity and supporting them in their role.

Passport
How you want us to be involved in your Passport funding is up to you. We can administer the funding and provide support workers or offer individualized supports, with families managing the Passport program. Your funding, your choice.
